Fees / Costs
We provide a transparent billing structure to our clients in order to demonstrate value for money. Our fees are payable monthly in arrears and are based on the time spent on the project. A complete breakdown of all activities is clearly detailed and is included in each invoice.
After our initial free site visit and consultation, we will write to you within 5 working days, setting out our professional opinion of the proposal, identifying any potential challenges and suggesting a way forward. We will also include a comprehensive breakdown of the works to be carried out along with an estimate of the overall cost of the project.
On instruction, we will require a deposit to cover disbursements etc and this will be confirmed in our letter of engagement. This deposit will be off-set against the first few months’ invoice. Council planning fees will also need to be paid separately prior to an application being submitted.
