Company History
The Planning and Design Practice Ltd was created in 2002 by Jonathan Jenkin, the Company MD, after two years running planning consultancy services as a sole trader. Success for his clients has led to growth in the business and as the company has developed, Jonathan has recruited a team of town planners and building designers who have complimented his own skills, experience and expertise. This means that as a company we can offer a unique service which combines planning with the more creative challenges associated with architecture and design. We work for both the private and public sectors and have extensive experience of rural development, particularly in the conversion of farm buildings. In towns, we have gained planning permission on numerous Brownfield sites and in the development of garden plots.
