Our Architect, Lindsay Cruddas, is now an RIBA- accredited Specialist Conservation Architect. Lindsay has over 8 years’ experience working with Listed Buildings and in Conservation Areas across Staffordshire and Derbyshire.
The RIBA Conservation Register recognises the varying degrees of specialists encompassing all aspects of historic building conservation, repair and maintenance. There are three levels of specialism, Specialist Conservation Architect, Conservation Architect and Conservation Registrant.
Lindsay has been accredited with the highest tier available, demonstrating her authoritative knowledge of conservation practice and many years’ experience working with historic buildings.
Recent heritage projects include the restoration and redevelopment of a Grade II listed farmstead in Holbrook and the change of use of the Grade II listed former tramway offices in Derby to a bar and café.
