With a few new team members at Planning & Design in recent months, it was decided that a staff social was in order and we decided to go Ten Pin Bowling. This got the competitive juices flowing and there was much pre-event chat about who was good at bowling and who wasn’t.
Richard had some very good bowling skills and won the round and the all-important PDP bowling trophy (which Kirsty kindly organised) – the trophy now takes pride of place on this desk. I came last and only got a score of about 50, but I did get 1 strike (and a prize from a member of staff who probably just felt sorry for me as I was doing so badly!).
We intend to make the team bowling a regular event as it is a good way of getting to know each other better outside of the office. Who will win the trophy at our next bowling event?
