Beth White is a Part II Architectural Assistant working across Derbyshire, Peak District and the wider Midlands region, with a growing specialism in residential architectural design.

Beth is currently working towards her Part III qualifications to become a RIBA Chartered Architect. Beth completed her Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) at the University of Lincoln, before going on to achieve her Master of Architecture (MArch) at Nottingham Trent University, graduating in 2023. During her studies, she developed a strong interest in heritage-led design, conservation principles and environmentally sustainable architecture, forming the foundation of her professional approach.

Since joining Planning & Design Practice, Beth has contributed to a range of architectural projects, supporting the team in delivering residential, heritage and planning-led schemes. She assists in the preparation of design proposals, planning drawings and visual material, helping to communicate design ideas clearly for projects across Derbyshire and Yorkshire.

Beth is particularly interested in how historic buildings can be sensitively adapted for modern use, alongside promoting sustainable design solutions within the built environment.

Outside of work, Beth enjoys reading fantasy literature, painting, and baking.
