Tina Humphreys
Having graduated from De Montfort University in Leicester with a Master’s in Architecture degree, Tina has now started her RIBA part 3 course at the beginning of 2019. Tina is enthusiastic and working hard towards becoming an RIBA Chartered Architect.

Having previous experience working on both large commercial and small high-end residential, Tina Humphreys joined Planning and Design Practice Ltd in May 2018 and has become an integral part of the design team working on some complex and challenging but rewarding projects that have gained valuable planning permissions.

Tina has a good understanding of design software packages which includes Revit. With Tina’s previous experience in Revit and BIM she strives to deliver projects in the most effective and efficient way alongside continuing to develop her software knowledge.

Along with her broad design and both hand sketch and CAD presentation skills, Tina can produce professional visualisations that help clients to really visualise their projects.

In her spare time Tina’s interests are keeping fit and healthy by running, cycling and doing classes at the gym. She also enjoys a good spa day to relax and unwind along with a good cup of Yorkshire tea. She is also now known as ‘Lady Tina’ in the office after receiving her five square feet of dedicated land within the Hougun Manor Estate and title crest as a secret Santa gift.
