As part of this strategic evolution, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Richard Pigott as Managing Director.
With over 20 years of industry experience and having played a key role in the development of the business since 2011, Richard will lead the company through its next phase of growth, innovation, and customer-focused excellence.

Alongside this appointment, the company’s existing directors, Jon Millhouse, Lindsay Cruddas and David Symons, will continue in their respective leadership positions, providing continuity, expertise, and strategic direction across the business. They will remain responsible for leading and developing the Planning, Heritage and Architectural divisions, ensuring clients continue to benefit from the specialist knowledge, longstanding relationships, and high standards of service that have become synonymous with the business.
This enhanced leadership structure combines the oversight of a dedicated Managing Director with the deep sector expertise of our established directors, creating a strong platform for future growth while maintaining the values and quality our clients expect.
